A typical retainer agreement
provides for payment of legal services at the rate of $300/hr plus costs.

Areas
of the Firm's real estate practice include, without limitation,
commercial leasing (office, warehouse and retail, including
regional shopping centers), purchase and sale of real estate,
mortgages, financing, construction and architectural agreements. Certified training in foreclosure defense, mortgage loan work outs, mortgage modifications, and short sales.
BUSINESS:
Areas
of the Firm's business practice include purchase and sale of
businesses, creation of new businesses in any form (e.g. partnership,
limited liability corporation), preparation, review and/or negotiation
of all types of business agreements eg. shareholder agreements,
franchise agreements, employment and non-compete agreements,
creating and updating bylaws and minutes, and mediating settlements
between estranged partners and/or shareholders, as well as litigation
of all business related issues, including collection,
copyright and trademark filings and review of contracts related thereto.
COMPUTER/INTERNET
LAW:
Areas of
the Firm's computer law practice include preparation and negotiation
of software development, web development, web hosting, joint
development, outsourcing and other computer related agreements.
The computer/internet practice also works with copyright, consumer fraud and
identity theft issues related to the internet.

PROBATE:
New Jersey and New York Estate Probate and Administration of estates after death of deceased. Assisting executor/executrix and administrator/administratrix to complete all necessary court forms, obtain letters testamentary or letters of administration, notify all necessary parties, collect assets and pay out debt as required by law. Work is done in conjunction with an accountant.
Fee: typically 3.5% of the gross estate assuming litigation is not necessary.
APPEALS:
Appellate
work is accepted on a case by case basis under separate retainer.
